No SKU (Missing SKU)
When an order is going to be copied to another connection, it appears in green. However, the product IDs/SKUs are "translated" to the equivalent SKU of the connection where the order is going to be copied.
This means that if a product exists in ConnectionA and does not have a linked "equivalence" in ConnectionB, and the order you want to copy contains a SKU from ConnectionA, Talk2Sync will not know how to resolve the equivalent SKU. Therefore, the "No SKU" message will appear.
This can be resolved in two ways:
Go to the products section, search for the products, click the "cross reference" tab and then "with this" to link the product from ConnectionA with the product from ConnectionB. After that, return to the order that had the "No SKU" message, click the "unlink" button, and then click the ConnectionB tab again (shown at the top in a semitransparent color) and click "save". By clicking the tab again, the destination order will be recalculated and the SKU should now be resolved correctly.
The other option is to manually enter the SKU by clicking on the "No SKU" text. A text box will appear where you can enter the SKU. When finished, click the blue button with the checkmark to confirm. Once confirmed, or after pressing the Enter key, the correct SKU will be displayed and the order will be ready to be sent.
