Command Filters

When working with hundreds or thousands of products or sales orders, it is useful to manage them as sets. Sets allow you to quickly narrow the scope of a search and perform operations on a specific group of records.

Talk2Sync automatically creates sets based on predefined conditions and criteria designed to support common ecommerce data management workflows. You can access these sets by entering search criteria in the search bar for products or orders.

When multiple sets are selected, Talk2Sync applies an INTERSECTION operation. This means that only records matching all conditions defined by all selected sets are included in the resulting set.

Available Product Filters

The following product sets are available for filtering and managing product data:

  • Products on "connection type"
  • Products with "field"
  • Products without "field"
  • Products of brand "brand"
  • Products of size "size"
  • Products of color "color"
  • Products "<active,paused,published,unpublished>" on "connection type"
  • Products "<with,without>" issues
  • Products "<with low-stock,out-of-stock,with stock>"
  • Products "<with low-price,bad price>"
  • Products on "connection type" category "category"
  • Products without "connection type" category
  • Products with "pending updates" "to connection type"
  • Products with "pending creates" "to connection type"

These filters can be combined to progressively narrow the product set and identify the records that require attention or a specific operation.

Available Sales Order Filters

Sales orders can also be filtered using predefined sets:

  • Orders on "connection type"
  • Orders with "pending updates" "to connection type"
  • Orders with "pending creates" "to connection type"
  • Orders of "year" "month"
  • Orders of "year"
  • Orders of this month
  • Orders of this year
  • Orders of last week
  • Orders of yesterday
  • Orders of today

Using Multiple Filters

Multiple filters can be selected simultaneously. Talk2Sync evaluates them using an intersection operation.

For example, combining:

  • Products of brand "Brand A"
  • Products of color "Black"
  • Products with "low-stock"

returns only products that satisfy all three conditions.

This approach makes it possible to create precise working sets without manually inspecting individual records.
