Add Connection

Step 1 - Add Connection

This is the first step in integrating your custom application with Talk2sync.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Talk2sync account
  2. Navigate to the Connections or Integrations section
  3. Click the "Add New Connection" or "Add Storefront" button
  4. Select "Custom" from the list of available connection types
  5. Proceed to the next step: Configure Connection

What Happens Next

Once you select "Custom," Talk2sync will prepare the connection configuration form where you will:

  • Add your store's URL
  • Configure your API endpoints
  • Set up authentication credentials

Tip: Keep your store's base URL and endpoint paths ready before proceeding. You will need them in the next step.
